We are told by EBay that when you bid for something you are entering s contract. This is a complete joke. EBay could not care less. I have now listed an item four times, each time it has been sold the seller then wants to cancel and EBay does nothing. The situation is increasing in frequency and a contract means nothing. It will ultimately mean I will no longer sell this way and avoid having to deal with unprincipled morons and also avoid the excessive charges we have to pay.
