Well finally after changing the format of their selling platform it seems every couple of weeks you have come up with the ultimate level of stupidity with this latest total ridiculous set of changes. Nobody is going to wait what could be weeks to be paid for a item they have sold who ever dreamt up this idea much be so far from reality as needing to push every part time seller off the site. I knew when they came up with the idea of free selling it wouldn’t be long before the idiots that run eBay came up with totally and ridiculous idea to claw back the money they have lost the whole senior management team at EBay must seat round a table all wearing clown costumes saying what is the most stupid idea we can come with to really get rid of half of our customers and the biggest clown wins with this idea and all the other yes people follow. Well I had started selling a few bits again but never again and will not be using EBay again to sell anything it has become a total joke of a company I hope your poor and flawed decisions finally catch up with this once great place to buy and sell has become a total joke.

I trust the RM Tracked 24 service less than I trust ebay. Being forced into that, or worse, Tracked 48 - is terrifying.

Looks like they obviously only want business sellers now adhering to all sorts of red tape and paying more fees.
All the fun has drained out of it for private sellers and the stupid extra charges are putting off buyers the whole process is becoming pointless unless you sell in demand high value goods.
Hopefully other platforms take the private trade and also it signals a new car boot era for bargain hunters where people can deal in CASH and annoy the govt and banks !

Hi
I totally agree with your comments I’m retired have been a hoarder and sell items to help me out when I reported that I didn’t agree with the changes and found the charges to be extreme and 300 items were not enough it was implied I was a business which I’m not and often re-list items over and over and that there were other sites which I never use feels unfair
I hope eBay looks into what was a great place to buy and sell

I don't think it is appreciated how much one person can collect...and wish to get rid of! And ebay was great...

Not if you use Tracked 24/48. £150 cover too.

I am very very close to throwing in the towel, I try to keep my prices low and under certain levels and eBay add their so called buyers guarantee bringing it over the level, now we are told that from tomorrow we have to post how they want it posted. A small but heavy glass ornament that Royal Mail tracking charge £8.19 for I,m going to have to quote 0ver £10 it’s not on and after tomorrow I will never list again. Shambles, comes to mind. Did they have a completion to see who could come up the the best ideas to loose sellers.
