EBAY SIMPLE DELIVERY

Hi all I know that alot of people don't like this simple delivey I did tho. Now  since the new app update on eBay 29th-30th whichever day it was can't remember now the new layout to sell  and postage options the custom postage no longer shows for simple delivery at all on the app or my mobile browser on eBay anyone else have this issue as well ?

I know this post is a few months old but I am also looking for support with this, simple delivery option not showing to me at all, never has done!

Hi, it is supposed to show on the drop down list when you select postage option when listing. I was told it didn't because I have postage policies set up. I don't know if that is true for everyone. But you are not going mad, it's not there.

I was told same. Not true though, some policies are mandatory and return if deleted. I cleared all mine back to the default mandatory ones and neither through the app or the browser can I see simple delivery. After much CS and supervisor  conversations it's boiled down to waiting for simple delivery to roll out for all categories and making sure your eligible with the customer facing information already provided such as weight and dimensions of parcel size. This seems impossible because I'm not sure how simple delivery would guess your parcel size without knowing your listing size, not everyone put this in the item specifics but it may or may not effect things. 

Very annoying.
