Does anyone know how to set the label size under Simple Delivery?

I have made my first (possibly last) sale using Simple Delivery. All seemed to go well except for printing a label, it comes as one of four on an A4 sheet and prints a quarter of the expected size on a label printer. I cannot find any 'preferences' for label size and asking the ebay help AI (Automated Idiot) it explains how to do a return and totally ignores my question.

I need to explain, I am housebound so need a label so that the postie can collect, he has confirmed that they cannot print labels so the QR code is not an option. Incidentally the 'Simple Profiteering' option charges the buyer £0.25p more than Royal Mail on-line service for a small parcel under 1kg.

Could be my final days with ebay.

I have been struggling to be able reduce the size, it insists on A4 only.  Would you mind letting me know how it lets you shrink the size of the overall label as opposed to what mine is doing reducing the printed area - so not keeping all the label.  Thank you so much
