Delivery to a BFPO address. High postage costs. Buyer paid £2.15 postage, actual postage was £3.60

Not sure how to proceed with this. A buyer bought an item and gave me an address with BPFO in the address even though there was an british postcode. Post office wanted a lot more money to send. Going forward I can not see any way of blocking BPFO buyers or correcting the postage cost. since writing this I have sent the item and taken the hit. Anyone else had this problem?

I believe that applies to business account rates. Post Office rates for sending to BPFOs are available from the GOV.UK website.

@kingsmeadow47 - cancelling the sale selecting "Problem with buyer's address" as the reason would have been one option.
