I’ve sold two trainers and one arrived in the authentication centre. The other is still not even put into DPD system.
Any ideas what to do?

Did you buy postage through eBay i.e. Packlink or someone else e.g. Parcel2Go, ParcelMonkey etc...?

Seller paid for the postage and Ebay provided it. I only printed the prepaid label

On the tracking via your seller page does it show as dropped off at the store? If so theres a good chance the store has just placed the parcel in a different location to where the DPD driver picks up from, phone customer services, ask to speak to the authentication team, give them your order number and they can contact DPD who will contact the store/driver. In the meantime reach out to your buyer explain the situation, tell them or screengrab the tracking showing you have dropped it off at the store and if they wish and can let them open an INR, you are covered as long as it shows as been dropped off.
Fingers crossed you get Michael or Gavin within Ag as they are the best 2 CS agents eBay have ever employed.

Whats the timeframe?, if its just a day behind or so I'd sit tight as its not uncommon for things to skip tracking events through human error or laziness etc, often things will almost go from collected to delivered, its hard to just lose parcels but it clearly happens although more often than not they just go missing temporarily, you could drop in the shop and see if it was collected. Either way keep that receipt safe as it is literally all you have.

Item was dropped off on the 13th and the other one arrived at the authentication depot on the 14th.

This is true (above) also it's clear that authentication works a bit differently to usual postage purchase, so, glad someone else was able to jump in.

No it doesnt say it was dropped off. It says dpd is still waiting for the parcel.
My wife has just been to the parcelshop where it was dropped off and they said it’s not there and contact dpd.

I bet it will arrive Monday, as has been said, having missed the proper scans so far. These drivers have a lot to scan. Its not particularly automated. It's a job I couldn't do.

I really hope so because trying to get in touch with DPD and Ebay is a nightmare. All automated responses.

I just find it weird that one of the items arrived at the authentication centre already. I would assume even if it wasn’t scanned it would both arrive at the same time

I agree but I’ve posted two items and both going to the authentication centre and one has arrived. I would assume they were picked up at the same time.

Do you have the receipt from when you dropped it off? That will have the tracking on and proof its been dropped off.
On your orders, there should be tracking which most likely starts with 1550, click on that and go down to the bottom, I've attached a screengrab from one I dropped off this morning, it hasnt been collected by DPD yet as some places only get 3 pick ups a week or this ones is at 4pm. What does your tracking say?

Answer my question first but for AG it wasn't actually that hard when I wasn't concierge level, just type in authentication guarantee and speak to agent and it normally works, as there's a dedicated team you dont get James in Philippines, also you dont need to contact DPD, you dont have a contract with them its eBays DPD account so they wont do anything for you.

The parcel shop hasnt scanned the item in correctly, not sure what your receipt looks like but they've done it wrong. You will need to go down in the morning and question it as it should look like my attached screen grab where as yours it just basically saying you have printed the label but nothing else. Currently you aren't covered by eBay for late delivery or a lost delivery sorry.
