Clarification on EU & NI Visibility Without GPSR Details

<p>We currently exclude selling to the EU and NI due to the new GPSR requirements. I&rsquo;d like to know: if we don&rsquo;t add the GPSR details to our listings, will our items still be visible to buyers in the EU and NI? Or will eBay automatically hide them?</p>

I excluded both EU and NI from the country’s I send to. And lo and behold I’m getting sales from NI. 
no idea why I had another eBay seller check for  me.
