Charged Subtitle Fee Without Proper Warning, Even After Removal Before Listing

Hi everyone,

I’d like to share an issue I recently experienced and see if others have encountered something similar.

When I first added a subtitle to my listing, there was no warning or indication that a fee would be charged.

Later, when I edited the listing, I noticed the subtitle fee finally showed up on the page. I immediately removed the subtitle before publishing the listing, and the item was never listed with the subtitle active.

However, after the item sold, I was still charged the subtitle fee.

This seems unfair, especially since the subtitle was removed before the listing went live. Has anyone else had this happen? Is there a way to dispute the charge or get a refund?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Looking at the revision history for your listing here: Revision History it looks as though you made a few revisions and on one of them the subtitle has been added again then removed two days later. So it would appear that the subtitle was on there from 1st to 3rd April, however unintentional it was.
