Can't withdraw my funds. Why is Ebay not allowing me to withdraw my sales receipts?

I recently sold an item and Can't withdraw my funds. Why is Ebay not allowing me to withdraw my sales receipts?

The so called 'NEW ' process says there is a 'Withdraw' option in the sellers hub which we can opt for at any time to transmit funds to our bank accounts. . If there is, it is well hidden. i have spent over 2 hours trying every screen I can find and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WITHDRAW OPTION.  This suggests to me that Ebay are deliberately witholding funds.  Why ?

Hi, has anyone worked out how to do this on a laptop please? I can't use the app as my phone isn't new enough these days. Absolute mare, don't want to wait til next quarter to get my balance

Here we go try this:

As long as there is no initial hold on your payout,  that is,  if you are a new or returning seller, proceed this way below. 

Strangely some members have found this works on some devices and not on others,  so worth trying on apps / PC and laptops use Chrome, until you find the combination that works for you.

Click on Payments >>  Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal,  is available for you, in a big blue banner.

Click on the  >  arrow,   top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.

Your eBay  balance will show at the top, click on withdraw bottom right.

On the pop up screen which appears, at the top,  there's a large,  bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it.  There,  you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Withdraw  £*** Now click on this.

A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way.  Click on this and then on Done.

Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times,  as to when you are able to withdraw the money.  Some banks are faster than others.

I've cleared cache, doesn't help. Have attached screenshots. My bank account is up to date as preferred payout option. Can anyone advise how I withdraw funds via my laptop please? There's no 'withdraw' button anywhere. TIA

There's no withdraw button for me to press. I only have 1 laptop, I've tried several browsers and none are allowing me to get to a withdraw button 😞

Click on the > arrow top right.

Then at the top you will se £0.00

Add £6.47 there  into the £0.00,  so it shows as £6.47,  then scroll down to  the bottom the Withdraw should then be ' lit up'  Click on the ' Withdraw'

A notification will show ....   Your money is on its way,  click on Done at the bottom.

@13butterflyz The 'withdraw' button may be hidden out of sight at the bottom of the screen, make sure you scroll right down or press F11 to go full screen.

I just changed from an edge browser to chrome and it appeared! Phew!

totally agree, I am having the exact same problem. nowhere does a "withdraw" or "payout" option appear on my PC screen. I am using MS browser. It would seem Ebay are deliberately making this difficult so they can hang on to our money and gain interest from it

This is so ebay can make interest off our highjacked funds. They also make us initiate a withdrawal hoping that we will forget and they can get days and weeks of more free interest payments! They also have taken away our shipping options so they can make money selling shipping through the 2 worst shippers in Britain!  Ebay has really fallen from what they use to be just 5 years ago!

My bank account shows as being under review, I’ve used it in the past successfully. I now have a substantial amount of money that I can’t release - customer service just keep saying it takes 6 - 7 days, it’s been 3 weeks! I’ve asked for it to be escalated but ignored

There is no support. Presently eBay is a rudderless ship without a captain who hires lawyers and accountants over support and programmers. They have taken to manipulating our personal funds for themselves and monopolized shipping so we have to purchase it through them. I have a feeling eBay is circling the drain.

I’ll initiate a complaint through financial ombudsman. It has not been an easy process and this is tantamount to theft - sordid practice!

I followed the advise of the ebay representative on this  forum,  changed my browser to Chrome and it worked like a dream

This may have been mentioned before,  it appears eBay have stopped or interfered with payouts on eBay via the  internet using a laptop or iPad, Google device etc but works straight away when using the eBay app on those devices, in fact if you have the app it will transfer to the app having said that I delete the app after transfer of funds as it can interfere when working off the internet, as the eBay app is not good enough for a seller, hopefully this may be of use to someone, apologies if you don't find it useful,

You have posted on an old thread,  but this issue is affecting many today.

It seems to be the  glitch of the day,  you are not alone, as  said a few others are reporting this today.

As with all these all too common now glitches, it usually is a case of ' please try again later! '

I would try again a little later on today, and if there are no holds on your payment hopefully then,  it should be available for withdrawal.
