Can't withdraw my funds. Why is Ebay not allowing me to withdraw my sales receipts?

I recently sold an item and Can't withdraw my funds. Why is Ebay not allowing me to withdraw my sales receipts?

The so called 'NEW ' process says there is a 'Withdraw' option in the sellers hub which we can opt for at any time to transmit funds to our bank accounts. . If there is, it is well hidden. i have spent over 2 hours trying every screen I can find and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WITHDRAW OPTION.  This suggests to me that Ebay are deliberately witholding funds.  Why ?

I click on the blue box arrow, I see my payment there waiting to be withdrawn, I scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and the withdraw button is greyed out and won't let me click it, (laptop, chrome) I go onto my iphone and it's exactly the same, the withdraw funds button is greyed out so no way of getting my funds at all!!! Very annoying and frustrating!! Item was sold 7 days ago now and still unable to get my money off ebay and into my bank!! ARGGHHHH!!!

It is infuriating! In my experience, it is the “tech” trams which meddle and it often messes it all up.

That's exactly what I meant when I said:

It wasn't finding the Blue Statement saying how much funds I had and the WITHDRAW bit. When I tried to withdraw the withdraw button was greyed out. That was today. It worked OK last week. Maybe it will be sorted by tomorrow - who knows? There's no one to speak to.

That is the trouble with EBay, as their ghastly chat bots are useless. Getting help is impossible.

You need to scroll up to the £0.00 at the top of th screen, enter the amount you want to withdraw and then scroll back down to the withdraw button which should now be active.

You need to scroll up to the £0.00 at the top of th screen, enter the amount you want to withdraw and then scroll back down to the withdraw button which should now be active.

As I understand it that is NOT the problem. The page in question has the amount available pre-filled at the top, but the "withdraw" box at the botton is greyed out. The page you are referring to where you fill in the amount is the next page, which they cannot get to.

No. When I do it, (and it does work for me), you click the big white arrow top right, that brings up a small window that doesn't really do much, it repeats how much you have got, and there is a button at the bottom "withdraw". Clicking that (if you can!) opens a similar window pre-filled with zero at the top, which you have to alter to the amount you want and then you click on "send my money now". Which was greyed out until you filled in an amount at the top.

(If I understand the problem wrongly, my apologies.)

I'm able to click the white arrow on the blue section, it's the next pop-up page where the amount in your funds states, at the bottom of that page the withdraw funds button is greyed out so I'm never even able to get to the 'how much you want to withdraw' page, it looks like this:

It's a little confusing but when you see that withdraw greyed out at the bottom  scroll to the very top to the big,  bolder print of £0.

There add the amount you wish to withdraw,  then scroll back to the bottom and click on Send ** Now.

Does that page have a box with £0.00 in it the top?  Are you using a computer or the app?

There's no scrolling up, the big, bolder print is visable it's £100, I can't enter an amount, it just states £100 and that's it.

no box with £0.00 it just states £100, I've tried my laptop and my iphone, both are just the same, I can't adjust the amount, can't scroll up, withdraw is still greyed out.

Just to note this white pop-up box has the header 'Ebay Balance', this is the box AFTER I have already clicked the white arrow in the blue box, I can not edit anything on this page at all, I can't scroll up just down, it looks like this:

Have you tried Google Chrome? Mine worked when I did that on my PC. If I didn’t have a PC I would still be struggling now!

Hi yes I use google chrome as default on my laptop, I've also tried microsoft Edge, safari and also my iphone, and ipad, still getting the same result, it's extremely frustrating and very annoying, why do Ebay do this GRRRR!!

Hi, it looks as if you have only sold 1 item recently (18th Oct). It may be that your funds haven't been cleared yet.

Hi it does say my funds are available now but you could be right, I'm not a very big seller at all, just occasionally, but Ebay shouldn't withhold MY money for not selling very often, that's so wrong! It's my ££ and I want it when I sell an item, shocking service!! 

I've had no message off Ebay to state they are on hold or even processing the funds, I can see it clear as day they are available, I just can't get it!!
