Can someone tell me how to block a buyer from all my sales?

I have a buyer who contacted me asking me to group together a load of items and sell them to him as a single lot. I refused because 3 already had bids but offered to sell the remaining 9 to him on ebay as a single listing. He now keeps buying items, not paying, refusing to answer messages, then buying more items. its weird cos he has a fab feedback record of payment across 3,000 reviews. i know hes alive because hes just won another of my auctions with a last minute bid but then nothing from him...

Hi, You don't say how long this has been going on, but I think there is a problem with messages (some messages and offers anyway) at the moment. Just a thought. If you block him he may not be able to contact you when it's fixed. And always contact him through Ebay site messages page, not reply via links on emails - they regularly don't work.

For each transaction they don't pay for, cancel after 4 full days with - buyer did not pay.

that gives them unpaid strikes and two or more will seriously damage their ability to buy.

Might not be as bad as it appears.

Try thinking from a different angle - maybe they are trying to buy the items that you couldn't make a job lot of and is just adding to their basket to try to purchase all at once to save on postage? If that is the scenario though I would expect the buyer to have the decency to reply and say so!

He first bought an item last Saturday - but got outbid on three items he seemed to really want. He then bought two items uncompeted, but hasnt paid in a week despite numerous (polite) messages and reminders on the ebay messaging platform. He then bids on and wins another item this evening - but once again no payment and no message or reply to my message. Very frustrating...

I will certainly do that if he hasnt paid for the first two items by tomorrow (8 days late and no response to any ebay messages...and yet makes another purchase this evening!)

Another member has advised you how to block them from your listings.

Always open unpaid cases after 4 days - they know they purchased the item and get a message from eBay advising them they won the item so there really is no excuse.
