A Buyer has ordered an item to be delivered to a click & collect address. I've tried to print the label but I'm told the address is more than 35 characters long.
This has happened before & I've been able to change the address myself however on this occasion it won't let me do it, in fact it won't even let me save the screen.
I've contacted the buyer who states that he's had no problems before & he is unable to change the address his end.
