Buyer paid less than the cost of the postage?

I don’t sell much on eBay at all but my latest one has confused me. It shows me the buyer paid 87p for postage but the cost of the yodel label is £2.70?

Why am I about to lose £2 on a £7 item?

If it can calculate the cost of the label to me, why isn’t it charging the customer the same amount?

When you listed that item, you chose Customer Delivery and decided that 87p is what you wanted to charge. The delivery method stated is Royal Mail 2nd Class letter.

That is the amount the buyer paid to you (eBay don’t even charge a BPF on it!!)

what you are seeing now is eBay’s pack link integration and it is recommending you Yodel.

you don’t have to use it. You could source your own postage outside of eBay
