Buyer paid but now wants to cancel

Ok, I'm here again..... I just sold an item. Buyer paid. It was for collection ONLY. It was in my listing twice collection only. He lives miles away and said can I post it as thats what he THOUGHT he read in my listing.

Now he wants to cancel (not a problem) but asks ME for his money back. If I cancel what reason do I pick?

and does ebay automatically refund him? Thanks.

Select Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.   A refund will be issued via ebay in the process.

What is it with these brain-deads that can't read listings properly? I've put 'Collection only' in the title, the description and even the pictures before now, and I still get one that lives 300 miles away bidding on it. Certainly won't miss that aspect of eBay selling going forward...
