What are the changes for Private Sellers as of Apr 15th?

I cannot find any communication regarding private sellers being forced to use ebay labels making the use of postage stamps void? Can someone please point me to the notice?

People have had emails telling them. And it's from 7th when all listings including historic will have simple delivery added. SD means no stamps the buyer pays Ebay and they send us a label

I guess if you want to use this platform you are bound by the terms and conditions.

If you have just spent a few hundred pound on cheap postage you had better use it quick.

Can't say i am really for or against it. I have used the pre-paid labels but the tracking system does not work so you won't get paid any quicker if the system fails.

Are private sellers allowed to offer free postage - then what?

If you offer free postage the only difference is that the money for postage is taken from the seller instead of the buyer. It still has to be through simple delivery.

Does this mean that I won't be able to combine lots? I often have buyers that purchase two lots of four comics. These usually fit nicely in the one package so I refund the postage on one of them. Will I have to send both lots separately from now on?

We had a message from Ebay in my Ebay messages about simple delivery 2 days ago

Had an email saying from 15th April Simple Delivery will be the only method Private sellers can ship sales. Then someone found out that items under £10 and 100g could use old large letter method. Talking to CS today if an item is on an exclusion from Evri etc you can still use the old shipping method in your hands. Given the massive list of exclusions I posted elsewhere seems most items private sellers sell will be excluded from SD.
