Buyer not responding

Hello. I sold an item but it's been over 48 hours and haven't responded to my messages.  I'm not sure why they don't say they don't want it but they're ignoring me

I can cancel the sale and leave feedback but will he be able to leave me feedback?  Can I report him to ebay for messing me about?

Issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to end transaction and put a non-payment "strike" on their account.   More info:

After that they cannot leave f/b.
