Hi,
I sold an item to a buyer who requested I post it urgently. I obliged, rushing to the post office on my break only to receive a cancellation request an hour after I posted it. How thoughtful of him.
Now when I go to "accept" the cancellation it says "relist with fees" - will this relist it immediately? The buyer has yet to return the item, and I don't want to accept the cancellation until I'm sure it has been returned in the same condition. But I only see the option to accept, I don't see anything that displays the return process.
Please advise, I've not been in this situation before.

It's too late for the buyer to ask for a cancellation once the item was posted.
They need to open a return request citing ' change of mind' for the reason. Advise them to do this and remind them they need to pay for the fully tracked return postage.
The refund will only be made once you have received your item back.

Thanks for the urgent reply @tressygirl. For anyone else who needs to know, when I clicked to "decline" there was instead the option to add when I posted it + its tracking number.
