Buyer bypassing shipping rules by using third-party

I'm feeling quite uneasy about a watch I just sold for £240. The delivery details indicate the buyer is using GGBG, a third-party shipping company in Dartford, to forward the watch to Bulgaria.

My listing was strictly for UK delivery, so even though I'd technically be shipping within the UK, this feels underhanded. What concerns me most are the negative reviews I've seen for GGBG online. What are my options in this situation?

You could cancel stating ‘problem with buyer’s address’. I tend to go with my gut on these things, especially when I had to refund on a INR with a freight forwarder address

I wouldn't worry too much, it looks like you used simple delivery so you should be fully protected for loss or damage up to £750 and you posted to a UK address, all good.

Bu using a freight forwarder the buyer has removed themselves from the protection of the Ebay money back guarantee.
