Authenticators address

Hi, I have recieved the label tinpot an item to the Authenticator, however I am reading numerous reports that they have changed address. It’s the Rapid SS Hawkers Yard address. Can anyone confirm this I still the correct location?

I have seen no eBay announcements of this , or any posts from other members here, however, best be sure, so hopefully someone will come around later today to confirm that for you.  If not, contact eBay Customer Services,  best to do so at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Hawkers Yard has always been an authenticator address, I thought it was the one for trainers though. I guess that they may have centralised the process.

If the label has the address we provided you with, you can absolutely send it to that address, and as long as there is tracking confirming delivery to the address we provided you with, you will be covered should something go wrong.
