Sent a parcel 2 weeks ago and weighed it 1.65 kilos put in the dimensions and today received an over charge as they say parcel was 2.700 kgs. Due to actually keying in the exact postage weight and dimensions I didnt take any photographs (like I normally do if they are near the 1 kg mark) just paid the extra for 1-2 kgs weight. Dont have a leg to stand on with no photographic proof. This is happening too often and my scales are not 1 kilo + out or all my usual parcels wouldnt even weigh 100grammes!! P'd off to say the least. Rant over.
