Here's a question for all 'board experts'.  When I list an item on a BIN basis I can request instant payment and yet when I list a Buy It Now item on a Collection Only basis I can't specify instant payment required.  Why?

No, you are not going mad just yet.

I think it may go back to when we had the option of requesting cash on collection. Now this is not possible, I don't think they have updated the procedure. The buyer has to pay before they can collect/look at the item so it doesn't make sense any more not to have instant payment for the item.
