It depends on the courier and the weight of the DVDs. It looks like you are using Royal Mail Standard International service for a DVD under 100g. So yes, the Worldwide rate would be £4.30 and Europe £3.50. For two would be maximum £9 and £5.80 respectively. Those are quoted from their price guide here:
