Adding personalised details to invoice/packing slip

Hi

can anyone tell me how to add the customers personalised information to the invoice, so when you print your invoices it will show you the information on the slip of paper?

Unless you are combining orders and/or shipping details, there is no necessity to raise Invoices as eBay automatically send Invoices, Messages and Payment reminders (at sale end and 3 days after a sale). 

By sending Seller initiated Invoices/messages, you are resetting and extending the 4 day time limit given for Buyers to make payment >>>

I would like to add the personalised information the customer wants to add to their handmade order, so when I print off the invoice, the information they want on their card shows on the invoice

Click "Print invoices and more", then "Invoice/Packing slip" and "Customise". You can then cut-and-paste the personalisation information into the "Note for buyer | A message for the buyer" field, and it will print on the invoice. You can insert up to 255 characters.
