Add international postage during an auction

I set up an item ( some pin badges) for auction with domestic postage settings and have had some enquiries to post overseas to Europe.  Under Revise Listing I cannot seem to amend postage settings - is this because I already have some bids on the item.

Any suggestions?

Yes, you can't change much after bids.   You could put their IDs on your exemption list to allow them to bid:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/ExemptBuyers

and normally you'd send them an invoice afterwards with increased postage but there seems to be an issue with sending invoices at the moment so I'm not sure if that would work for you.
