Add Tracking number has gone as has mark as dispatched, how do I add tracking now via post office?

I would like to add these to get paid, obviously, simple shipping doesn't start until the 7th?

Only 10 minutes ago I was able to add Royal Mail  tracking to an item I posted 30 mins previously and mark as dispatched.

Yes for me it is missing, I haven't tried on the app yet though, using desktop

Going to have to contact Ebay directly, all my other orders have the edit tracking and add tracking next to them, maybe I was moved to the new simple postage before roll out

ebay now take full legal responsibility of postage, tracking, insurance, and indeed the very courier they tell you to use from the 15th onward, as they appear to have unintentionally made themselves act as agent in the transaction because you are now paying ebay, not the courier, to deliver. 

Your responsibility ends at the drop off point when you hand it over to ebay's chosen courier. 

Clearly whatever boomer is running ebay UK hasn't got a clue about contractual law.

So far help is asking me to pay for postage twice

I paid already at the post office with cash

in order to add the tracking and mark the item as dispatched you'll first have to generate the prepaid label and then you can add the tracking.

Had to create a prepaid label, then this added a number that is not going to used for tracking as I already have the number for tracking from the post office

So now have to edit tracking and guess what that button is missing too

Yes I'm about to read up on this new simple postage thing, so far not liking it at all.  I managed to edit my tracking and next time I sell something it is probably going to be this new thing.  Can see a lot of angry comments on it, not much notice given either.

I have no idea why Ebay is messing with something that worked for many years, I did get a thank you for being with them for 20 years, but 20 years ago it was better.

I always get my Parcels collected, I presume that isn't possible now.
