Accidentally "Blocked This Member" via phone app

Hi,

I've accidentally clicked on "block this member" while using phone app (3 dots top right corner), while trying to get rid of the stupid annoying message, add this to Q & A pop up.

I've checked my Blocked buyer list on my PC and the said user does not appear there, they must be blocked elsewhere.  Spoke to eBay support, and I don't think they understood, can anybody help in blocking a member after doing so via the mobile app.

Try again first thing in the morning better chance of getting Dublin and more sense

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Hi nick-2013, thanks for your post.

If the user in question is not in your blocked list, then they shouldn't be blocked. Is there anything else suggesting that the user in question is still blocked for you?

It's now sorted, still able to exchange messages with the other member
