14 years selling- Account restricted - Listings Removed - Account reinstated

I need my listings and sales records reinstating. 

eBay performed an 'account review' and then decided to restrict my account due to a "discrepancy within my account details". Within a few hours of asking me to upload documents they ended all my listings, many of which had 1000's of sales and were at the top of search results. They have closed my shop also.

So I now find myself trying to reopen my shop but I cant use my own username as that shop name "already exists"...yes it's mine!!!

Moderators please resolve this. 14 years as a top rated seller 100% feedback.

@trustnature as I understand it from other similar cases you should not try to open other accounts. Get the documents they want and call first thing tomorrow to speak to Dublin for customer service.

I dont need to open other accounts as my account was reinstated within hours. Crazy situation! But before I even got a chance to get the documents sent they ended my listings for no reason.

I think you have to be prepared for ebay being able to reinstate your listings, but not your selling history.  I remember businesses having their listings removed a couple of years ago because of VAT issues. They got their listings back but sales history was wiped and ebay said it couldn't be restored. I hope ebay has improved since then, but I'm afraid it is a possibility.

I was one of those effected because of VAT issues, got stock back but lost years of selling history and hard work.
