Hi,
Your first is made by by Taylor, Tunnicliffe & Co. Ltd. in Hanford, Staffordshire,. around 1875-1890.
The second, the "Windsor" is made by the Co-operative Wholesale Society in Longton, Staffordshire in the 1950-60s
I hope that helps.
Best wishes.

thankyou so much, for that i looked for markings on loads of sites and couldnt find anything, do you think they have any value????

Hi,
Sadly they will be of minimal value. Without seeing the front of the Taylor Tunncliffe piece and knowing how many pieces of the Windsor you have I could give you any idea, sorry.
Best wishes

You should be able to get around £20 for the tea set. The biscuit barrel looks interesting. What is the makers mark to the bottom of that? I presume the metal work on it is EPNS.
Cheers

hi the makers mark is the taylor tuncliffe mark as per prior picture of the bottom and the top says espn and then has a mark shaped like a c in front of it i'm sure it says something but cant quite see what as i dont have a nagnifying glass or anything.

The lid is manufactured by J.B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd - Birmingham. Together with the back stamp on the biscuit barrel itself I would estimate the age as between 1875-98. It's difficult to value as it's only worth what someone will pay for it but if put with the information I have given you and providing it has no chips or cracks, I wouldn't sell it for less than £30. I hope that helps.
Best wishes.
