I have repeated aired my frustration over the postage issues but nobody is listening. I have wasted my whole morning carrying the large parcel over London only to return home with the parcel without any success.  The failing is that the equipments not working such as printer not working or out of printing labels, terminal out or Brocken, today the QR kept on failing

(As no-one else has replied) Was that Evri? Did you also try the 6 character code?

Maybe you could look into whether there is a local library or print shop which could print a label, if needed.

I realise these are suggestions for the future; and I wouldn't like carrying a large parcel around London` at all.

This isn't getting/aimed at you, xyz307xyz, but practically all library computers are on a booking system.  Often there isn't a terminal available for anyone just turning up. Plus the fact you need to be a member to be able to log on - I don't think they do 'guest' users anymore due to misuse of terminals.
