simple delivery stating tracking number is wrong

ebay told me this morning that there were issues with post offices not accepting simple delivery labels because the tracking number did not match the size of the parcel even though all the correct information had been given and they were unable to upload it on to their system. does anyone know if the issue has been resolved

hi i am going to try and send my parcels this morning again at my local postoffice,i was told yesterday by an ebay agent yesterday that the codes on the label starting with YA are ok to use.royal mail are at fault i think.not sure what has happened.but i am not sure if they have updated their system to accep the labels yet.i hope this is of some help.

I tried posting some packagaes with the same YA code again this morning & still got the same error message, hope you had more luck
