This is only appearing against one delivery option out of all of them (the one I want to use - Evri Next Day) all other options are selectable.
I have already used the packlink site to get around this problem for two other packages this weekend, but now that is also refusing to generate labels for me (they say 'in process' and never finish).
I'll have to go outside of ebay/packlink to arrange shipping, which I don't want to keep doing.
It seems like this must be a bug.
Any resolutions? I'm sure someone will say "don't use Evri" but all of my problems have come from Royal Mail.

Hi Marco, thanks for the response.
The item was 306833697054.
I had to send with DPD in the end to ensure it was shipped in time. Maybe it was just the address for that one being exlcuded by Evri from their next day service (though it's not on the excluded list).
I have shipped other items since with Evri Next Day using packlink with no issue.
In any case, the original problem from the title is still occurring for all of my orders. This is adding a lot of friction to my shipping process. Clearly there's nothing wrong with my postcode if all other postage methods are available.

I've just got an update on this, and the team wasn't able to replicate the issue since the example you provided was already delivered. I realize that you said it is happening with all items, but could you please confirm another item number of an item that hasn't been sold yet, but you can see the problem in question?

It's been happening on every order for weeks now.
The inability to use this function means I've now moved on to purchasing postage directly from the couriers as my permanent solution. This has proven quicker, easier, more reliable and cheaper.
Even if this gets fixed, I'm not going to move back.
