issue with generating shipping label

i have been trying to generate the shipping label for my orders this morning but have been getting this message It was not possible to generate the label. An unexpected issue occurred while processing your request. Please try again shortly.

has anyone else had this

I tried again an hour later and it worked fine.

For reference, Chrome (desktop) v139.
