excessive postage using Simple Delivery

Hi, I'm about to list a small memory card for sale.  It will send as a normal letter, for  87p.  Ebay want to charge me £2.72.  How do I reduce the cost?  Thanks

If you aren’t in a category that doesn’t allow customer postage, or if the item is over £20, over 100g or larger than a large envelope, you can’t.

Just to clarify, this isn't excessive. It's a discounted rate for Royal Mail Large Letter Tracked 48 with £750 insurance. Yes untracked RM 2nd Class Letter with £20 insurance is 87p, but they are different sizes and services.
