evri bulk upload from ebay & CSV upload errors..........
hi everyone, the evri website is not working for me at all. I know there can be issues every so often, but it is not doing the bulk upload. I have linked my ebay account and it was working but now it is not working and when I try to do the CSV option, that is not working and I've done it that way hundreds of times. I've even downloaded their new CSV template it still will not work. does anybody know a work around for this issue, of course I have tried evri chat support and nothing happens. and phone support but for quite a long time every time you go through the whole process on phone support, at the end it tells you they're experiencing technical difficulties and hang up. So never actually get through to a human they must lose tens of thousands of pounds in orders, other businesses I know are experiencing the same issues, so I know it's a website issue.
