accused of altering postage cost how is this possible

i have bee accused of altering a postage charge .which i didn't . how is it possible to do this as i have no idea what the seller is on about ?

My guess is that the seller uses a courier that charges more to deliver to certain area's and your area is one of those that the courier charges more for.

If that's the case then it's the sellers problem not yours.

The feedback they left is a negative comment under a positive rating.You can get this removed if you contact customer services.
