Why are packing slips not being generated ?

I have the same issue as many others. 

Since yesterday and still today , your system fails to produce packing slips for printing. Just spinning round and round and round....

I've had to communicate to my buyers that Ebay is not generating them and that I apoligise.

Not my fault though is it ?

You are speaking to other members here like yourself,  and not to eBay.  Many are experiencing this.

Another member has just reported here,  that they have spoken to eBay's technical team, and they are aware of the issue,  and placing it on high priority to remedy.

However,  no timescale reported of the ' cure' as of yet.

DOH !..I was hoping ebay may actually respond here too. I appreciate the clarification. I remember being able to call Ebay but I can't find their number on the site at all.

Yep there are a few quite serious tech issues affecting the site at present, lets hope lunch breaks at eBay HQ are shortened and these problems sorted asap!  Many unhappy members here!
