Untracked Items

Why is untracked items seem to go missing and you lose money on a refund 

But tracked items always get delivered 

Sellers should be made to send all items over a certain amount tracked

I lost over 8.00 on a 25.00 order all because it was untracked 

Orders over 20.00 should be tracked

Why did you lose money on the refund?

If you open an 'Item hasn't arrived' claim and the seller can't prove delivery then you get refunded in full.

Ebay says now that you only get a percentage of your money back now

You pay a 100.00 you only get 80.00 back....
