I recently bought an item off EBay, the seller posted it through a carrier, which has failed to arrive, the tracking information shows as being delivered, but unfortunately I have never received the item, contacting the carrier, they informed me that I had to speak with the seller to get "their internal" process started, they cannot provide a POD or photo, where do I stand as the seller has informed me that due to them providing the tracking information which states it was delivered, they do not need to issue a refund, even the carrier has said it is up to the seller to contact them, seems as though I'm out of pocket either way.
