When I try to generate a Simple Delivery I get the following:
Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.
I have reported to Customer Services x 2 but still no fix.
I now have 3 orders that I can not ship that will potentially have to be cancelled.
HELP!!

Having searched for a previously used workable solution I found none, so just the usual suggestions to try changing your browser, updating the app, clearing cookie caches and browser history.
If none of the above solves the problem then I can only suggest that you buy postage labels with tracking and upload the numbers manually.

I can see you've contacted customer service about this issue, and they've escalated this from their end, and from what I can see they will email you the label as well. So, there are no further actions I could take from my end, if you would like to follow this up, I'd suggest contacting them again, so they can provide you with an update.
