UNABLE TO POST ITEMS VIA SIMPLE DELIVERY DUE TO TRACKING NUMBERS STARTING WITH LETTERS YA

Is Ebay correcting the postage problem or are the Post Office ?

At present I have 5 items wrapped with YA tracking numbers on and

the Post Office won't acce

Same here I couldn't post anything today.

Went to the post office first thing with six items.

Waiting on hold for an hour to talk to eBay (after being told 30 min wait) and then gave up. 

Returned at 7pm with ten parcels but still not working.

The post office is my neighbour and told me to try again on Sunday.

I took 3 YA tracking parcels to the post office this morning and they accepted them. Even with an error on the screen saying ‘incorrect parcel size’, which was not true.

i didn’t get my normal proof of posting receipt with the tracking details on, just a labels2go receipt showing 0.00 for each item.

im really worried these are going to get lost and are not insured as the listings haven’t updated with a courier scan

Yes, mine accepts parcels at the shop counter 6am-11pm 7 days a week

I've just had the same issue at my post office. Not sure if the problem is ebay or royal mail

hi i just went to he post office again still not working,i will try again tomorrow (monday) like ebay told me.if not i will purchase labels then apply for a refund of postage its their fault so they should honour it.

How ebay told you, please? Did you email them or how?

yesterday i waited for a phone call from ebay,the agent told me that the codes do work but its royal mails fault,just wait until monday he said.but i tried today just in case.if you go on contact an agent you can either wait to speak to someone or chat to someone with your keyboard.click on help and contact you will find on that page.👍
