I ordered some items from a seller in the US, seller shipped the items on 5th May, packaged arrived at Glendale Heights on the 8th.
It has since been stuck in the hub. I’ve ordered some more items from the US since then and all those are on the move, with two already delivered to me in the UK.
I ordered 3 items from the same seller and one arrived last week and two are still stuck.
I contacted eBay’s customer service and my god they’re the least helpful and now they’re ignoring my emails.
I understand that it’s still within the estimated time but one item from the same seller has already arrived and with other packages orders after (from other sellers) en route to me.
Has anyone had this happen to them?
