Accept usual teething problems with eBay launching something new. But I'm now getting more than annoyed with having to explain 'simple delivery' to buyers. Particularly concerning 'combined postage'. All info in the helps section is aimed at sellers.
Why is there no 'info' pop up next to the delivery costs on listings to explain how it works?
Are they ever going to publish any guidance aimed at buyers in the 'help' section?
Why is 'Evri' the first, default choice for all buyers. It's not clear to buyers they have a choice. I know I can adjust listings to only offer Royal Mail, but I have to do this for listing indivually where it's higher value or fragile, as Evri is the cheaper for other listings.
Looking for advice, and answers that DO NOT involve the seller having to do more work please.
