Hello, I recently sold an item on Ebay and I accidentally selected the Ebay's Shipping Label but I didn't post through that. I used Parcelforce and for some reason I can't add the parcelforce tracking to my ebay item that I sold so it's literally just stuck on dispatched even though it arrived to the buyers address two days ago. How would I solve this?

Try this
find the item in your listings then Top left , click on view order details>right > More Actions drop down menu then select Mark as Dispatched and add tracking.
If that doesn't wotk contact Customer Service and ask them to add it for you.

As you didn't use the eBay label your buyer will be refunded for this and you wont get any payment towards postage

I've just spent an hour trying to get this to work, spoken to "specialist" who also couldn't fix it but assured me how they are committed to sorting it out.
Hitting the function to add tracking simply loaded a we cant find this page error, repeatedly.
So I marked the item as dispatched and inboxed the buyer the tracking. Support says I am 100% protected. I do not feel safe. Tomorrow I am supposed to risk a £180 item to a system of ebay and royal mail when you already have a golden hand shake and REFUSE to talk about fixing a bring my label issue I have been pointing out for 2 years.
Customer support on both sides just want you off the phone and nothing is done.
