Finished with e-bay!!!  No more selling on here... This "simple posting" nonsense is the final straw.. e-bay telling us monster sized porkie pies again! and ripping us off for even more money than they do already.  So Bye Bye E-bay!     Trying to tell us that it'll save us money! total B.S.   I set the postage services that I can provide... I don't provide the ones, e-bay are now forcing on us because I can't get them to collect reliably from a rural area.  And I can't get to a post office and certainly not to EVRI who can't be trusted at the best of times! It's ridiculous!

I agree, it's a total Dogs Dinner. Ebay make changes and then watch the s^^t hit the fan. They have until the 15th to clarify every concern raised here on the boards regarding BPF and SD, otherwise I will end my listings, though sadly I don't hold out much hope that they will. These and the many other changes in recent months are all part of what I believe to be eBay's long term agenda, to be rid of private sellers.

They've wanted to be rid of private sellers for a long time... But it's not just that simple. Every time some competitor comes along they do their best to imitate them, for years they wanted to be Amazon and forced all sorts of utter nosensence onto sellers to do that, and failed! Then they tried to be Etsy and failed...  Their current wish list is to be Vinted, which is why we've been suffering the last years current round of total C**P from them. Troubble is they're destroying what actually made them good in the first place, and have just been making things worse and worse for years now.  And no they won't listen to us, because their heads are too far up their own rear end to listen.

25 years of being an ebay user/seller, i think im out. I dont sell enough to pay £240 a year to become a shop and on top of that paying the extortionate fees. Its just not viable for private or small time sellers.
