Help appreciated. A customer purchased an item with Royal Mail Special Delivery, and all the weight and size details were correct (automatically set by eBay, I never adjust the postage price). When I went to purchase the label via eBay, I noticed the price was 60p less than expected. I double-checked the measurements and weight, and everything was correct. I voided the label to buy the correct one, but it’s still showing as less. Everything seems accurate, so why is eBay charging more than what I paid for the label? I’m at the post office but they don’t know, so thought I’d asked before I officially send it. Thank you.
