I sold a large item with 'Global Shipping' ticked and just domestic UK postage as I do not want the responsibility of posting internationally.
Item sold to Italy and the buyer has an invoice but with no shipping price. Nothing from Global Shipping. In my order, I click on 'Send Invoice' expecting it to state 'I can't send an invoice as this was sold via Global Shipping' but it does not and opens a window asking me to specify a postage price to Italy! Odd! What's happened? I want to cancel but seller a bit annoyed obviously.
