Smart Delivery

I have had a serious issue with smart delivery 

When I went to print the label or get the QR code, it would not accept the address or let me change it. 
I posted the item with Royal tracked so that the buyer would get his product in time. Now it won’t let me add a tracking number, hence I have no idea if I will get paid for the item.

this is my first experience with smart delivery.

That is correct,  and it's only recently that eBay have disallowed any manual adding of a different tracking to that of the Simple Delivery label , if this is not used.

Do not worry,  it's just that your payout will be held a little longer, a minimum of 14 days before release, and should the buyer open a case for item not received you can then enter your tracking number in to case details,   hopefully showing delivery.

If the Town or Postcode are incorrect, cancel the sale. Reach out to your Buyer to explain, so that they can correct their address and repurchase the item.

If anything from the first two lines of the address are incorrect, Simple Delivery allows you to change these yourself.
