Simple label refund

Spoke to CS, said I need to fill out form to get a refund on simple label refund

Filled out form, submit, says there is an issue with my order id. Anyone else getting this error?

If you are the seller it is the buyer who paid for simple delivery so if label is unused the refund goes back to them within 30 days.

As  roger_roger_over_and_nowt says the buyer paid the delivery charge and they will get the refund if you didn't use the eBay supplied label in around 30 days
