Reduced postage options for sellers

I have recently started using the app on an iPhone 12, from an 8. I have found that when adding a custom postage service for a 2nd class large letter, the only option is up to 100g which is £1.55. I sell cds which fit into the up to 250g category for £1.80. Simple delivery results in overcharging for postage and so listings are less competitive. 

Please rectify this and restore all postage options.

To be clear, Simple Delivery is a Tracked 48 service, so you actually receive it for cheaper than £2.80 over the counter price.

But SD doesn't matter for most of your CDs since eBay changed recently. Now £20 and under items are generally eligible for Custom Postage. You can list any size or weight. If CP isn't loading correctly, just make sure that your Simple Delivery is set to Large Letter, that should activate this option. For CDs like Demon Boyz you will want to use SD because it comes with up to £750 cover, whereas RM 2nd Class only comes with £20.

I found that when I selected large letter with simple delivery the only weight option was up to 1kg and £2.70 rate. Custom delivery offers only one large letter option for the under 100g category and two other letter options.

I am a private seller on ebay in the UK.

In all my time on ebay I have NEVER, EVER used any pre - paid labels for sending items.

I ALWAYS post the items in a letter or a Parcel, most usually via Royal Mail.

Recently ebay have Imposed this pre-paid lark on to my seller account, so I am now totally out of pocket for items that I have sent.

I Do NOT have acess to pre-paid envelopes nor QR codes. I do NOT have a smart phone, nor do I want to have one.

I have been on the phone to ebay and told them their latest policy is Insane.

A recent book I sent, via Royal Mail, cost me £3.70 to send  and I DIDN'T receive any postage costs from ebay. 

Instead, and here is the INSANE part....ebay have refunded the buyer, the postage costs of £2.70 or so, for some INSANE reason.

The Buyer has the Book. I have a photograph of the tracking...showing the item delivered to the Buyers letter box....and not only has ebay NOT sent me ANY postage cost for the item....but have Refunded the Buyer!!

I have been a long time ebay private seller...but I told them on the phone just now, that Tens and Hundreds of thousands of customers, sellers and buyers are going to LEAVE them...unless they change and re-set their INSANE policies immediately.
