Getting rid of a bunch of old hobby stuff (Warhammer, if anyone’s interested). Sold these things by unit, 11 buyers for listings. Clicked on the "get postage" button, and was sent 11 different postage labels. No QR code. Complained to eBay on the chat service, and was advised that their offline tech team would get back to me within 72 hours with a code.
The first message I got was around 16 hours later, and said "You can post these items whenever you want using the labels we sent you. We’re glad to have resolved this issue."
I replied that the issue hadn’t been resolved, and I still had 11 buyers waiting on items being dispatched. The reply was "The customer service agent you spoke to was mistaken. We can’t do that. We advise that you send the parcels using the labels provided so that your buyers are not disappointed."
I'm housebound and don’t have a printer, my neighbour takes the parcels down twice weekly. I was lucky enough to be able to ask a friend who took time off work to have these labels printed at the library, bring them to my house, then take a trip to the post office. The patient buyers were a blessing. Simple Delivery is nothing but a joke.

I feel your frustration.
The new "simple delivery" is pretty bad, why have they changed for the worse, is a mystery.
For example, you won't know how much you are charged for a prepaid label until you've actually bought it, I wonder if this is actually legal: selling a service without the price being displayed!

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean? The price of the label is shown in the listing.
